2. What information do we collect? We collect the following information from users of our website and players of the Drop-a-Drone game:

- Contact details (name, email address, phone number, etc.) submitted via forms.

- In connection with the Drop-a-Drone game: player-provided name or nickname, achieved score, game level, date, and optionally provided email address and marketing consent status (if the player consents to receive emails).

- Website usage and analytics data (IP address, browser information, cookies) for website usage.

3. How and why do we use your information? We use the information for the following purposes:

- Responding to service requests and providing customer service.

- Maintaining and displaying the Drop-a-Drone game's leaderboard (Hall of Fame), which includes player name/nickname, score, level, and date.

- Email marketing (Dystopia Drones game news, updates, and offers), if the player has given explicit consent for this in connection with the game.

- Marketing and advertising (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) for the website.

- Analyzing and improving the use of our website and game.

3.1. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

* Processing of personal data (name/nickname, score, level, date) for the game's leaderboard is based on our legitimate interest to provide a gamified experience and a way for players to compare scores. Players can choose to use a nickname.

* Processing of personal data (email address, name) for email marketing is based on the player's explicit consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

* Processing of data for website analytics and data submitted via other forms is based on consent where required, or our legitimate interest (e.g., responding to service requests).

4. Cookies and Tracking We use cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to improve our website. Users can manage their cookie settings through their browser.

- Game leaderboard data is retained as long as the leaderboard is active or until a player requests the deletion of their data.
