Dystopia Drones
Your Story Told the Way it Deserves

Dystopia Drones
Dystopia Drones was founded in 2025, when Petri decided to channel his curiosity and passion for drones into a company — and simultaneously set in motion a wildly ambitious plan. Drones fascinated him because of their near-limitless versatility: only imagination (and battery technology) define the boundaries of what they can do now and in the future. Especially in documentation, imaging, and visual production — as well as in safety and defense applications — the potential of drones is immense. In its early stages, the company focuses on practical, everyday use cases with open category drones, while carefully planning the next phases of its global conquest.
Vision
We aim to conquer the world with a massive drone swarm. We’re building it piece by piece, funding the process by selling drone-captured imagery, videos, and 3D models. Eventually, the swarm will be large enough to operate autonomously — delivering real-time data, visuals, and impact. We’re not building an empire, but an ecosystem where the invisible becomes visible.
Mission
To make the diverse services of aerial imaging and visualization accessible to everyone as clear, easy-to-price products – while steadily growing our drone fleet toward inevitable world domination!
Team
The Dystopia Drones team is diverse — as you can probably tell from the pictures. Our work is built on practical skills, creativity, and a touch of grand ambition. We’re supported by a crew of assistants in different situations, and we might just be on the lookout for new members too.

Petri
Drone remote controller
Petri is the company's jack-of-all-trades and drone pilot who handles everything needed – from filming to operational planning. He combines practical know-how and creativity to ensure the success of projects.

Riku
CEO
Our CII-II-OU is the figurehead of Dystopia Drones, guiding the big picture and keeping the company on track. He don't actually do anything himself, but are gifted in creating order and assisting the team with routine tasks – as long as nobody asks too many details

You?
Middle-aged man
If the idea of building a drone fleet for world conquest fascinates you, or you could do some filming gigs outside the Helsinki region from time to time, get in touch – let's chat! (you don't have to be a middle-aged white man).
Responsibility
Drone operation is sensitive aviation activity, requiring attention not only to current regulations but also to the operational environment. We always comply with aviation regulations and never fly in restricted areas. Additionally, we openly register our flights on the flyk.com drone map.
We are an EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) registered operator. Our pilots hold the necessary qualifications for open category flights (A1-A3, A2). We operate drones classified under the open category (C0 & C1). For more information on drone regulations, visit droneinfo.fi
Despite strict adherence to regulations, accidents may occasionally occur. For this purpose, we maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering our drone operations.
